Bell Let’s Talk Day: Creating Positive Change

Every January 25th for the past 13 years, Bell Canada has helped raise awareness to address the stigma and challenges around mental health.

This year, the campaign is highlighting the actions people from across Canada can and are taking to transform mental health systems to create positive change. They are highlighting key leaders in the sector, including Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario.

Thank you Bell Canada for your ongoing support of #YWHO: Together we are creating positive change for youth mental health in Ontario.

Youth-designed Services and Spaces

Youth can access a variety of services based on their needs to achieve their goals – either by just walking in or by booking an appointment.

Services are co-created with youth and their families. We are committed to meeting the needs of all young people, with a focus on reducing barriers for First Nation, Inuit and Métis youth, 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, Francophone youth, immigrant, refugee and racialized youth, youth facing economic disadvantages, and other youth facing multiple intersectional barriers to care.

Services include (and vary based on location):

  • Mental health
  • Substance use
  • Primary care, including sexual health care
  • Education, employment and training services
  • Housing support
  • Other community and social services
