Walk in counselling is being offered via phone or zoom. To access a session call 416- 482-0081 x 5 during the following hours:

For our 12-Week DBT Skills Group: the first step is to attend our walk-in counselling program 3 times to help us determine if our DBT-informed skills group is right for you. Once you’ve completed your sessions, reach out to our YWHO Administrator and Client Facilitator at ywho@lumenus.ca and they will put you on the wait list and let you know about next steps.

If you are a Black youth looking to speak with a Black therapist, please call on Tuesday or Wednesday to be connected.
Other health and wellness supports are being offered virtually such as primary care, peer support, care navigation, psychiatric support, drop in programming and more. For more information around accessing the right support for you please speak with our admin team or one of our therapists.
Our Studio programming is running virtually, follow us on Instagram @StudioAtLumenus for weekly programming updates. Examples of programming include food and basic need support, wellness check ins from staff, daily zoom programming and speciality programming, see example calendar below. Specifically, on Thursdays we have a group for Black youth and on Friday we have programming exclusively for 2SLGBTQ+ youth.
The winter 12-week DBT groups are currently running on zoom with the waitlist open for winter groups. Groups are available for youth aged 14 to 17 on Wednesdays from 4:30-6:30 and for youth 18 to 25 years old on Thursdays from 5:30-7:30pm.
