Welcome to Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario
Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario is an initiative that aims to bring the right services to youth and their families at the right time and in the right place. It is a network of 22 “hubs” across the province dedicated to serving youth in over 30 communities when they need it most.

In February 2017, the Ontario government announced funding for integrated service hubs across the province to address gaps in the youth service system. Ten hubs are now being established to serve as fully integrated “one-stop-shops” for youth aged 12-25, to address their needs related to mental health, substance use, primary care, education, employment, training, housing and other community and social services. These hubs will also include peer services, outreach, and system navigation services. Services will emphasize quality and will be timely, integrated and co-located.
